Overview:
This a half day interactive workshop session designed to provide participants with a knowledge of their specific duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015). It further provides an understanding various definitions and changes to health and safety in the workplace under the new legislation.

Learner Outcomes:
Successful completion of this workshop will allow a participant to identify and understand their duties of care under the Health and Safety at Work Act (2015). The participant will also be able to identify the reason behind the change in legislation, and the most significant changes under the new Health and Safety legislation.
