Overview:
This half day interactive technical course will provide you with the knowledge required of an approved handler with responsibilities for flammable gas, in particular LPG and acetylene.

Obtain practical advice to assist in the use, storage and disposal in accordance with the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act.

Learner Outcomes:

Successful completion of this course and assessment will allow a person to become an approved handler for class 2.1.1A flammable gas and 2.1.2A flammable aerosol under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996.

Prerequisites:
If you are renewing your Certificate you will need to provide us with a copy of your current or expired approved handler test certificate. If this is your first certification, there is no prerequisite for this course.
