Leigh-Anne has managed and expanded QEC since 1997. Her background is predominantly chemical industry, however over the years she has gained experience across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, forestry, food, education, compliance, resource consents, waste, contaminated sites, plant and machinery. Leigh-Anne is a specialist auditor trainer and her skills are highly sought after. Over the years, many of QEC’s clients have achieved their goals and objectives with input and coaching from Leigh-Anne.

Karyn has 12 years environmental industry and monitoring experience. Karyn has a passion for the environment and specialises in air emissions, discharge monitoring and consultation. She also has extensive odour investigation experience. She is involved in compliance and certification audits for Warranty Standards accreditation and hazardous substance legislation. Karyn is an experienced trainer, and 4098 assessor for NZITO and Competenz.
She has recently accepted a position on the executive committee of the NZ Institute of Hazardous Substances Management and hopes to contribute to the NZ chemcial industry initiatives.

I have 5 years of experience in environmental consultancy. I have a passion for the environment specializing in air emissions, including modeling, resource consents, evaluation and monitoring of environmental effects, and consulting. I also have an extensive experience in contaminated site management for various types of pollutants. Competent and experienced in pre-purchase audits and site assessments, including physical investigation of soil, ground- and surface water. I have been also involved in environmental hazard assessments for various industrial companies. I am a highly motivated and professional individual who is open-minded for new challenges.
